How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for a large insurance company for several years after I graduated law school. In March of 1984, I used that work experience as a basis for starting my own firm. For the first 2-3 years, I learned how to run a private law practice. I learned procedures for criminal, divorce, bankruptcy, wills and personal injury type work. And in the process, I became familiar with the state, criminal and federal courts, along with the personnel. I chose bankruptcy, personal injury and Social Security Disability law as my two areas to practice.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on our customer service. Our attorneys are detailed, compassionate and responsive. We cry with you and then we fight for you. You're not just a case number here, but you're a real person with a real problem. That's who you are so that's how you're treated.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I've had offices in St. Louis, Kansas City, Detroit and Milwaukee. But I've sold all of those offices so I can concentrate all of my time on helping people in the Mid-South. This is home.

We're located on Polar in East Memphis, by the Oak Court Mall and across from the Laurelwood shopping area. We're on the 5th floor in the Grove Park Center building.

I, Darrell Castle, own the firm. Joan is the office manager and Connie is the assistant operations manager.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday-Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm
