How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I spent 13 years in the financial services industry using sophisticated document scanning and management applications for records retention and work distribution.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a service company. We are not hardware or software resellers. We help organizations accomplish the sometimes overwhelming task of organizing, managing and scanning their paper files.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have offices in Memphis, TN and in Franklin, MA.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are located at 2670 Union Avenue Ext. in Mid-town Memphis.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept payment by checks, cash and electronic bank transfers
Which areas do you service?
We provide service through out the mid-south including Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri and all of TN
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Paper Trace is owned and operated by Patrick McGrail. A native of Boston, Mr. McGrail has lived in Memphis since 1995. He is a member of The Association for Imaging and Information Management (AIIM), The American Records Management Association (ARMA), The Veterans of Foriegn Wars (VFW), and The TN and US National Guard Association.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Office Hours are from 9AM to 5PM Central Time.
