What is your primary product or service?
Residential and Commercial Construction. Licensed and Insured General Contractor. Specializing in complete rehab of single family homes, apartments, churches, and retail store; including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, flooring, painting, rough & finish carpentry.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I first became interested in construction as a real estate investor; buying, rehabbing, and re-selling properties. As an investor, I learned how important it was to have a General Contractor to manage all the various sub-contractors required to complete a rehab. I really enjoyed the whole rehab process, and became more involved and hands-on, than your typical investor does; and quickly realized that in doing so, benefited my bottom line as well.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Having been a frequent customer, as a real estate investor myself; I can genuinely relate to my customers in terms of budgets, deadlines, presentation, etc...
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1. No need to have more than one location.
