This is the first year that I have decided to go full stream. Based on the knowledge and experience We take traditional dishes and add a healthy, fresh, innovative twist, proudly infusing local and organic produce upon request.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
One Great Food Service Instructor in high school that cared about student talked me into staying in school to take her class that was 36 years ago. Now I have been blessed to share my skill with the world. I have 36 years of experinece in this business and have worked from Memphis to New York City.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our main interest is in providing our clients with a truly memorable experience, whether catering an office luncheon, corporate event, premier party, red carpet event, or private function. It is our belief that your need for catering services should be met with the highest quality products and the most courteous, professional staff possible, and that is our goal for every client we serve.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, Yes we are working on another event location out east
