How long have you been in business?
Memphis PC Guy has been around since 2005. Prior to 2005 I served as a consultant and computer IT contractor for 20 years in the Memphis Area
What is your primary product or service?
On-Site computer consulting, desktop & laptop repair, networking and website development.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started as a hobby with a Tandy 1000. My first job was selling PC's for Computer Warehouse and I soon discovered I had an uncanny "knack" for quickly diagnosing and repairing computer hardware as well as software.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Living in Memphis, our cost of living is substantially lower than other cities of the same size. I scaled my pricing to be more in-tune with the "real world". I provide on-site services at a third of the cost others charge for you to take your computer to them. I enjoy the interaction with my clients and enjoy meeting new people.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
As the Memphis PC Guy, I am a one-man-band. While expanding would allow me to reach more people, the loss of quality control probably means I'll remain the Guy as opposed to GUYS (& gals of course)

My home office is just off Watkins across from the Ed Rice Community Center
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept Cach, Check and Credit/Debit cards via PayPal if necessary.
Which areas do you service?
I service the Greater Memphis area and surrounding communities.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and run the day to day operations.
What are your hours of operation?
My average service call is 1.65 hours so I typically book calls Monday-Friday for 8:30am, 10:30am,12:30am and 2:30pm. You can schedule the day and time best for you on my website.
