How long have you been in business?
Since August, 2002.
What is your primary product or service?
We primarily offer web design services to businesses and organizations in and around Memphis, TN. That said, we also offer search engine optimization, website management, social media marketing, branding, logo design, and online advertising services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I built my first website while working as an office manager at a Memphis physician's office. The physician's office needed a website, so I bought books and studied on the Internet until I figured it out. The website wasn't pretty, but it turned out to be a great marketing tool! They got a lot of business from that website. After it was finished, I realized that I really enjoyed internet marketing. I began building websites from there as a hobby, and in short order, I had customers contacting me to build websites for them. The business grew organically from there.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer marketing agency quality, with budget friendly pricing. These days, every kid with a computer calls themselves a web designer. They might be able to build a pretty website, but they lack the understanding of internet marketing that's necessary to make the website work well as a marketing / sales tool. We possess those skills. We understand that a pretty website is worthless unless it makes the phone ring, or brings new customers to the business. On the opposite end of the spectrum, there are lots of marketing agencies that understand the marketing aspects of building websites, but their pricing is out of reach for the average family business. We bridge the gap between the two extremes ... we produce the same high quality marketing products that you'd expect from an agency – heck some of them even outsource their website design projects to us. However, we offer a pricing model that is affordable to most small businesses.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one, in Downtown Memphis. We're happy where we're at, and we don't have any expectations of expanding in the near future.

Cash, Check, and all major credit cards.

We work primarily with businesses in the Memphis Metro area, but we do have a few customers throughout the country. We're not geographically constrained.
