What is your primary product or service?
Same day repairs of broken iPhone and Samsung screens is what we primarily offer, although we can definitely replace and diagnose other problems you may have with your cell phone.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started fixing iPhone's in my bedroom in college and just expanded to offering the services online and getting customers through Google and Facebook. I'm a geek, I love PC and phone repair, what can I say lol
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We're the most transparent and affordable cell phone repair in Memphis. If your phone isn't cost effective to repair or worth it, you can expect us to tell you upfront and not waste any of your time or money.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one now, but will definitely expand to other areas of Memphis as demand grows.
What type of payments do you accept?
Visa, MC, debit, cash - even bitcoin if you have some!
Which areas do you service?
Downtown mainly, however we do offer on-site service for an extra fee.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I (Zac) do as well as another manager do the daily and weekly operations.
What are your hours of operation?
9-9 everyday
