Classic car refinishing
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have had a passion for building cars all my life. As a young girl, I would often surprise my parents when they'd find me tinkering around in the garage with my brother. There is little else I would rather sweat over than rebuilding a classic.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
When we receive a vehicle, we don't just see another job or paycheck. The refinishing process usually takes a good amount of time, so with every vehicle, comes an opportunity to build a friendship.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We take pride in the fact that we keep our prices affordable enough that anybody can build that classic they've always dreamed of. In order to keep our prices low, we maintain a home-based location. Plans to expand are not in our near future unless we can do it without affecting the prices we offer to our customers.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are currently located in the Shelby Forest area, near Highway 51.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept(with proper ID)debit cards and credit cards(Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), checks and cash.
Which areas do you service?
While our name begins with 901, we service the surrounding areas, as well, including East Arkansas and North Mississippi.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I, the owner and my spouse, are tasked with daily operations. I maintain all office work and official communications, and he oversees and delegates all shop work.
What are your hours of operation?
We accept vehicles by appointment only, but have operating hours from 9am-5pm, M-F.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment we have received from a customer has been choked back by tears of joy at the sight of their beautifully restored car.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
My favorite quote comes from a college professor who inspired me with the question: "Why not just do it?"
