How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
With more than 40 years of court reporting experience, Kathy May turned Alpha Reporting into the largest and leading court reporting firm in the Tri-state area. In addition to serving as the president of the Tennessee Court Reporters Association in 1991 - 92, chairing numerous professional committees, and receiving several community awards, she was voted one of the Top 10 Business Women in Memphis in 2006.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
